1. Preparation and planning of missions:
· Participate in the development of the inspection plan and the definition of mission objectives.
· Prepare the necessary documents for the mission (check-lists, interview guides, analysis sheets).
· Analyze the situation of the entities to be inspected (loans, arrears, incidents...).
2. Carrying out and supervising inspections:
· Conduct on-site investigation missions (branches, departments, subsidiaries), alone or in a team.
· Check the compliance of operations, procedures, and financial flows.
· Supervise and support junior inspectors during missions, ensure task distribution.
· Conduct interviews, collect evidence and supporting documents.
· Identify and analyze anomalies, risks, and dysfunctions.
3. Report writing and presentation:
· Write detailed inspection reports, summarize findings, and formulate operational recommendations.
· Prepare minutes, centralize evidence, and transmit files to the Head of the Inspection Department.
· Present results during debriefing meetings and answer stakeholders' questions.
4. Monitoring, support, and continuous improvement:
· Monitor the implementation of corrective action plans.
· Participate in the training and skill development of junior inspectors.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of inspection procedures and tools.
Knowledge:
· Mastery of audit, inspection, and internal control techniques.
· Good knowledge of banking, financial, and regulatory procedures.
· Understanding of operational and financial risks.
Skills:
· Plan, organize, and conduct complex inspection missions.
· Supervise and train junior inspectors.
· Collect, analyze, and synthesize information and evidence.
· Write clear, precise, and well-reasoned reports.
· Use audit, analysis, and reporting tools.
