• Management of Sports & Leisure Assets under the Madaëf Golfs brands, the national leader in golf club management, Wifaq, and Aquamania.
• Events: focused on sports and cultural events, under the MSE brand.
• Consulting, training & services: around its areas of expertise.
Madaëf Sports & Events includes 11 assets in its portfolio, spread across 8 destinations throughout the Kingdom: Rabat, Casablanca, El Jadida, Marrakech, Fès, Saïdia, Al Hoceima, and Taghazout Bay.
 

Job :

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, your main responsibilities will be: 

IT Infrastructure Management:

• Lead the architecture, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructures (servers, networks, storage systems, peripheral equipment).
• Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of IT systems and equipment.

Information Systems Security Management:

• Define and implement security policies to protect infrastructures against internal and external threats.
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and incident management policies.

Technical Support and Problem Solving:

• Provide advanced technical support for IT infrastructures (networks, servers, systems).
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex incidents affecting the continuity of IT services.

Application Management:

• Oversee the deployment of business applications in compliance with standards, quality requirements, and deadlines.
• Evaluate, recommend, and integrate the most suitable technological solutions for the company's needs.

IT Project Management:

• Lead digital transformation, automation, or technological migration projects.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects (specifications, planning, quality).
 

Required profile :

Profile sought: 

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from a top engineering school or equivalent;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills required for the position: 

• In-depth expertise in managing operating systems, databases, networks, and IT security;
• Mastery of IT governance principles and practices, including compliance with data protection regulations;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and the ability to implement them effectively;
• Mastered technical skills (Network and protocol security, Operating system security, ...);• Proficiency in office and business software: spreadsheets, databases, ERP (integrated management software like SAGE);
