Your daily tasks: (100% Backoffice)
Handle customer requests via email and internal tools
Manage customer files with care and efficiency
Provide quality service while respecting processes
Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty
Report useful information to improve processes

Required profile :

Excellent level of French and English (spoken & written)
Comfortable with writing, organized, and responsive
Good service attitude and analytical skills
Comfortable with computer tools
Previous experience in back office is a plus
