Your daily tasks: (100% Backoffice)
Handle customer requests via email and internal tools
Manage customer files with accuracy and efficiency
Provide quality service while following procedures
Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty
Report useful information to improve processes

Required profile :

Excellent level of French and English (spoken & written)
Comfortable with writing, organized, and responsive
Good service orientation and analytical skills
Comfortable with computer tools
Previous experience in backoffice is a plus
