Handle customer requests via email and internal tools
Manage client files with accuracy and efficiency
Ensure quality service while respecting procedures
Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty
Report useful information to improve processes
Excellent level of French and English (spoken & written)
Comfortable with writing, organized, and responsive
Good customer service skills and analytical mindset
Proficient with computer tools
Previous experience in backoffice is a plus
