Job :
Legal advice & securing operations
Provide operational legal advice to internal departments (Sales, Purchasing, HR, Finance, Operations, IT, etc.).
Identify, analyze, and anticipate legal risks related to the company's activities.
Draft legal opinions and notes for management.
Contracts & tenders
Draft, review, negotiate, and track client and supplier contracts.
Validate and track legal documents related to tenders.
Corporate & governance
Draft and track governance documents: minutes (Board of Directors, General Meetings), powers of attorney, corporate officer mandates, decisions of corporate bodies.
Ensure the update of corporate documents and legal registers.
Litigation & pre-litigation
Manage pre-litigation and litigation cases, in coordination with external lawyers.
Follow judicial and administrative procedures, prepare defense elements.
Monitoring & compliance
Ensure legal and regulatory monitoring (business law, IT law, labor law, compliance).
Participate in the implementation and improvement of internal legal procedures.
Contribute to the dissemination of legal information within the company.
Reporting & coordination
Provide regular reporting on ongoing legal cases.
Work in interaction with internal teams and external partners (law firms, tax advisors, etc.).
Required profile :
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Private Law and Master's degree in Business Law
Experience:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a company or a law firm.
Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
