Our client is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join their legal department. You will work in a dynamic environment with a diverse clientele.

Main Tasks:

• Provide legal support for companies;
• Draft legal documents related to company life: creation, approval of accounts, statutory changes, mergers, dissolutions, etc.;
• Manage legal procedures with administrations and the trade register;
• Participate in drafting and reviewing contracts;
• Advise on corporate, contractual, and regulatory issues;
• Conduct legal research in business and tax law.

Required profile :

Profile Sought:
• Master's Degree in Business Law or equivalent;
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a legal firm, accounting firm, or law firm;
• Good command of French and legal English;
• Good knowledge of legal and administrative procedures;
• Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
