Job :

• Advise Orange Maroc's various departments on legal matters by:
• Being a proactive source of optimal legal solutions;
• Responding to consultations.
• Draft any document that may have legal consequences (letters, contracts, commitments, regulations, etc.) intended to be issued by Orange Maroc;
• Analyze any document that may have legal consequences (letters, contracts, commitments, regulations, etc.) received by Orange Maroc;
• Pre-verify the compliance with current laws and regulations of product and/or service launches, external communication, and communication campaigns regardless of the medium;
• Ensure that documents submitted for signature by authorized representatives comply with those approved by the Legal Department;
• Protect Orange Maroc's intellectual and industrial property against counterfeiting, parasitic practices, and unfair competition;
• Ensure legal watch by regularly and proactively transmitting applicable legal information to the relevant entities for Orange Maroc's business.

Required profile :

• Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business Law.
• Languages: Perfectly bilingual (French & English).
• Experience: at least 2 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, ideally within a multinational company or as a business lawyer in a law firm.
