The junior lawyer's mission is to manage simple and/or complex legal operations entrusted to the firm. They work under the supervision of their Manager, ensuring the preparation, analysis, and follow-up of files, while respecting the current legal framework. They contribute to the legal security of operations, ensuring the quality of deliverables and client satisfaction.
Main activities:
• Drafting of documents related to company life events (account approvals, capital increase/decrease, changes in company governance, etc.), and follow-up of formalities until file closure.
• Drafting of commercial contracts (intergroup agreements, leases, service contracts, etc.);
• Drafting of memos in various business law areas (labor law, commercial law, corporate law, etc.);
• Tax registration of documents related to company life events;
• Legal and tax monitoring;
• Drafting of internal notes.
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business Law, Private International Law, or Taxation, you have one to two years of experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a Business Law firm or equivalent.
