Multinational company is hiring a Lawyer.
Job :
- To best protect the company's legal interests.
- To ensure the company and its subsidiaries have good insurance coverage at the best cost.
- To ensure compliance with the company's hygiene, safety, and environment rules, particularly by including clauses related to HSE aspects in contractual documents when the context requires it.
- To provide legal advice to operational management and support departments
- To analyze legal risks and propose appropriate solutions
- To carry out legal and regulatory monitoring
- To draft, analyze, and negotiate contracts (commercial, supplier, partnership, service, etc.)
- To monitor contract execution and manage potential disputes
- To update contract templates
- To ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
- To participate in the company's compliance (GDPR, corporate law, labor law, etc. depending on the scope)
- To contribute to internal or external legal audits
- To prepare and monitor pre-litigation and litigation files
- To manage relationships with lawyers and external advisors
- To follow court proceedings and decisions
- Management of land rents and operating businesses
- To handle real estate legal cases.
Required profile :
- Master's degree in Business Law, Commercial Law, or Civil Law
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a multinational company, or a local group of companies, or similar; preferably in the oil or energy sector
- Proficiency in civil law, commercial law, corporate law, litigation, and contract drafting
- Organizational skills, business acumen, rigor, and analytical skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Arabic, French, English.
