Job :

Directly reporting to the General Management, your main objective will be to: Manage, organize, and optimize all of the company's downstream logistics activities.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Coordinate and manage all outgoing flows from our merchandise warehouse.
  • Ensure the excellence of our service rate (delivery times and quality), respecting the specificities and constraints of all our customer types.
  • Be a driving force and source of proposals for continuous improvement.
  • Plan and adapt internal, material, and human resources according to needs.
  • Implement and monitor performance indicators.
  • Ensure team versatility and development.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant field.

Experience:

  • Significant prior experience in the field is essential.

Technical skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of WMS and ERP system operations.
  • Perfect command of office software tools.
