Job :

Manage initial and ongoing training

Ensure alignment between training capacity, recruitment needs, and ramp-up plans.

Supervise the planning and allocation of trainers and ensure compliance with Bell standards and curricula.

Manage the integration of new employees until they go live.

Analyze post-training performance, anticipate capacity needs, and secure business continuity plans.

Directly manage Trainer Leads, the Talent Development Lead, and instructional design functions.

Set objectives, monitor performance, and clarify expected roles, responsibilities, and standards.

Develop the pedagogical, managerial, and digital skills of the teams.

Develop versatility, backup mechanisms, and internal potential.

Instill a culture of collaboration, accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Oversee the management of internal qualifying programs and ensure the quality of professional paths and other development programs.

Translate the directions of the Talent and Development Department into an operational roadmap.

Manage KPIs and dashboards and present results, risks, and priorities in governance meetings.

Maintain close collaboration with Bell, Operations, Hiring & Onboarding, People, Quality, WFM, and support functions.

Contribute to the management of the training budget, optimization of investments, and measurement of business impact.

Contribute to the definition and evolution of skills frameworks.

Oversee leadership, soft skills, language, and support function development programs.

Manage training plans and initiatives carried out with external partners.

Support internal mobility and promotions with Hiring, People, and Operations, and measure program impact.

Oversee instructional engineering and design, and ensure standardization of paths and materials.

Required skills and experience

A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Management, Training, Instructional Design, Project Management, or equivalent field.

Significant experience in Learning & Development, training, operations, or talent development, with team management and cross-functional project leadership.

Experience in a contact center / BPO / telecom or a highly operations-oriented environment is a significant asset.

Perfect command of French and English combined with very good writing skills.

Proficiency in the Office suite.

Natural leadership and managerial presence.

Excellent interpersonal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Structured thinking, analytical and synthesis skills.

Agility, adaptability, and ability to challenge diplomatically.

Results-oriented, data-driven, and continuous improvement mindset.
