Join a prestigious establishment in the Hospitality/Restaurant sector in Marrakech! We are looking for a passionate Hotel Bar Manager to oversee the excellence of our bar area. This is a unique opportunity to provide an unforgettable experience to our clientele while developing your expertise in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
Your role will be central to customer satisfaction and the economic performance of the bar. You will ensure high standards in service, product quality, and operational management. The goal is to make the bar a benchmark, a place of conviviality and discovery for our guests.
Your daily responsibilities will be numerous and varied:
- Supervise all bar operations, from welcoming guests to closing.
- Manage stocks, product orders, and optimize costs.
- Create and update the drink menu, proposing innovations.
- Train, supervise, and motivate the bar team.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Develop strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a privileged relationship with the clientele.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments for a seamless customer experience.
Required profile :
You hold a Bac +2 level diploma, ideally complemented by a specialization in Hospitality/Restaurant trades.
Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally within a renowned hotel establishment, is required. Your background has enabled you to develop a solid understanding of the challenges involved in managing a bar.
- Excellent mastery of bar techniques and in-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails.
- Strong team management skills and teaching ability.
- Ability to handle unforeseen circumstances calmly and professionally.
- Keen sense of customer service and hospitality.
- Proficiency in stock management tools and performance indicators.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in French and English (a third language would be a plus).
- Creativity and initiative to propose new offerings.
