Missions Under the supervision of the Site Director, the Human Resources Manager will have the following missions:

• Deploy the Group's HR policy at the operational sites
• Ensure proactive management of social relations to maintain and foster a constructive social climate
• Support HR development: talent management, training, evaluation, and management support
• Lead recruitment, especially for mass recruitment activities
• Supervise and support the site's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities
• Advise and support managers on human, organizational, and safety issues
• Ensure compliance with social regulations, HSE standards, and internal procedures

Required profile :

Profile Sought

• Higher education in Human Resources or equivalent
• Proven experience as an HR Manager in the automotive sector, with a strong field orientation
• Solid mastery of social relations, mass recruitment, and HR development
• Good understanding of HSE issues in an industrial environment
• Leadership, service orientation, influencing ability, and strong results focus
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
