As part of the development of its team in Casablanca, Mira Clinic is recruiting Teleworking Medical Advisors / Sales Advisors to join its team specialized in medical tourism.

Job :

Your missions

• Contact clients interested in our medical services.
• Identify their needs and provide them with suitable information and solutions.
• Ensure professional and regular follow-up of prospects.
• Coordinate with the medical team to obtain treatment plans.
• Support the client from the first contact until the confirmation of their reservation.
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Fixed salary of 5,000 MAD + attractive sales-based commissions, which can reach up to 2% of the turnover achieved.

Working conditions

Required profile :

We are looking for profiles with real experience in telephone sales, with excellent communication, persuasion, and customer follow-up skills, capable of building a trusting relationship and turning prospect inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Profile sought

• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written - essential condition.
• Perfect command of Moroccan Darija.
• Previous experience in tele-sales.
• Experience in medical tourism or the medical sector is a real asset.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Sense of follow-up, organization, and customer relations.
• Professional, dynamic, ambitious profile oriented towards results and objectives.
