Job :

The various tasks entrusted will be:

- Meeting minutes key user / business convergence / presentation

- Summary document of needs for Key Users Seminar, F2F, RAP

- Expression of need document (excluding MOA activity)

- Tool evolution sheet

- Scoping document, situation analysis, impact analysis on a given subject (excluding MOA activity)

- Deployment document (communication support, user manual, deployment training, user support, etc.)

- Meeting minutes

- Governance meeting minutes

- Summary document prepared and presented

- Minutes of user interviews & presentation/convergence meetings

- Session management: session created – animation of the participant list (invitation/reminder emails) – session closing with engineering school

- Training support updated

- Minutes to follow up on training (feedbacks, sending to participants)
