As part of our development, we are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead and accelerate the growth of our business in the traditional channel (retail and wholesale) on a national scale.
Job :
Your main tasks:
Define and implement the national sales strategy for the traditional channel;
Develop sales and ensure the achievement of turnover, volume, and profitability objectives;
Manage, support, and develop the skills of field sales teams;
Structure and optimize sales coverage across the entire territory;
Develop and retain a portfolio of wholesalers, distributors, and strategic clients;
Ensure continuous competitive monitoring and propose actions to strengthen the company's market position;
Collaborate closely with various support functions to ensure optimal sales execution.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Higher education degree (Bac+5): Business school or Master's degree in commerce, management, marketing, or equivalent;
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales roles, ideally in the agri-food or food product distribution sector;
Proven experience in managing the traditional channel (retail and wholesale) on a national scale;
Excellent sales team management skills;
Strong results orientation, analytical skills, and leadership sense;
Very good interpersonal, negotiation, and business development skills;
National mobility required.
