Join a dynamic company in the call center sector as an HR Business Partner (HRBP). This key position is based in Fes, a city rich in history and opportunities. Your mission will be to support management and teams in implementing the HR strategy, while actively contributing to human capital development.
Your role will be to become a true partner for managers, ensuring the alignment of HR policies with business objectives. You will lead structuring HR projects and oversee process optimization to guarantee a high-performing and fulfilling work environment.
Your responsibilities will include supporting managers on all HR issues, deploying compensation and skills development policies, managing social relations, and contributing to the employer brand. You will also participate in analyzing HR indicators and implementing corrective actions.

- Hold focus groups with all employee categories and ensure the follow-up of action plans.
- Establish and verify monthly payroll elements for staff.
- Monitor HR indicators (attrition and absenteeism) and conduct a monthly data analysis with action plans.
- Ensure compliance with Labor Law at the managed site.
- Represent the HRBP Manager before the labor inspectorate to manage social disputes.
- Adhere to the company culture and ensure continuous improvement at all levels.
Required profile for the position:
Professional skills / Technical skills:
- Master labor law.
- Know HR management tools and techniques.
- Master payroll management rules.
- Master computer tools: Word, Excel, Access.
- Knowledge of current authorities: labor inspectorate, CNSS...
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in management, economics, or human resources.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
