As a Machine Operator, you will be a key player in optimizing our production. Your role will be to ensure the proper functioning of equipment, guarantee the quality of finished products, and actively participate in our company's value chain, while adhering to the strictest safety standards.

Your main missions will include:

• Operating and monitoring production machines.
• Controlling product quality according to defined standards.
• Strictly applying safety procedures.
• Performing first-level maintenance operations.
• Resolving common technical problems related to machine operation.
• Collaborating with production teams to achieve production goals.
• Keeping production and control records.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a high school education (Bac) level is required. Training or a background in production, quality, safety, or maintenance would be a considerable asset.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar position, ideally in the metallurgy or iron and steel sector, is sought. This period should have allowed you to develop a good understanding of industrial processes and operational requirements.

We are looking for a rigorous, reliable person with good teamwork skills. Proficiency in basic machine operations and a good understanding of safety issues in an industrial environment are essential. The ability to diagnose simple anomalies and propose solutions is also appreciated. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and wish to fully commit to a demanding sector, your profile interests us.
