Job :

As part of strengthening our client's production team, we are recruiting a Composite Materials Operator - Laminating in the Echellalate-Mohammedia area.

Main tasks:
Perform laminating and layering operations of pipes in accordance with manufacturing procedures.
Prepare the materials, equipment, and consumables needed for production.
Check the conformity of raw materials before use.
Cut and prepare fiberglass fabrics.
Identify different types of reinforcements: Woven Roving, CSM, and Triaxial fabric.
Prepare the resin and catalyst mixture according to defined proportions.
Adhere to manufacturing parameters and polymerization times.
Visually inspect the different layers and detect any defects.
Perform authorized touch-ups or repairs according to procedures.
Report any anomalies or non-conformities to the supervisor.
Fill out production documents and ensure traceability.
Ensure equipment is in good condition and report malfunctions.
Strictly adhere to HSE rules and safety instructions.
Keep your workstation clean and organized according to 5S standards.
Participate in continuous improvement actions.

Required profile :

Profile sought:
Qualified operator level.
Training in plastics, composite materials, mechanics, or a similar field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the composite materials sector.
Good knowledge of laminating/layering processes.
Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
Rigor, precision, and a sense of quality.
Team spirit and autonomy.
Good physical condition and aptitude for working in an industrial environment.
