You will join a dynamic Business Unit based in Tanger Med, within a demanding international and operational environment, where you will act as the focal point for administrative and logistical support to the Inspection and Laboratory teams, in constant interaction with multidisciplinary teams.
As an Operations & Logistics Support Coordinator, you play a key role in the continuity of operations by ensuring the management and coordination of operational needs (purchasing, logistics, general services) in conjunction with the purchasing and business teams.
Reporting to the Lab Manager, you play a key role in the continuity of operations by facilitating the management of operational needs and the availability of resources, in coordination with the purchasing, general services, and business teams.
Main missions:
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Inspection and Laboratory teams.
• Centralize and monitor the operational needs of the different teams.
• Ensure the availability of necessary resources (consumables, equipment, logistics).
• Coordinate technical purchases.
• Follow the purchasing process from start to finish: request – validation – PO – delivery – receipt – closure.
• Monitor critical stocks and anticipate operational needs.
• Organize logistics related to operations (travel, rotations, field coordination).
• Monitor general services: vehicle fleet, equipment, service providers.
• Manage site access (badges, port authorizations) and coordinate stakeholders.
• Ensure administrative follow-up of files (job files) in coordination with the Business Admin teams.
• Collaborate closely with support functions (Procurement, Finance, Operations).
• Contribute to compliance with QHSE requirements and internal procedures.
Profile sought
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, industrial logistics, or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role with the ability to understand the technical needs of the business (laboratory).
• Good understanding of operational environments.
• Experience in a structured and process-oriented environment.
Skills and personal qualities
• Rigor and follow-up skills (operational and administrative aspects).
• Organization and priority management in a demanding field environment.
• Ability to manage multiple flows (operations, purchasing, logistics).
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams.
• Reactivity, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
Languages
• Excellent command of French.
• Professional English required (written and spoken, ability to interact in an international environment).
Other
• Good command of office tools, especially Excel (tracking, reporting, analysis).
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Experience in an industrial or port environment is a plus.
