Job :

-Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers-Promote telecom products (mobile plans, internet packages, add-ons, upgrades)-Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions-Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs-Handle objections effectively and close sales-Update customer records accurately in the CRM system-Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism-Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline-Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends

Required profile :
