Join a dynamic company in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, located in the heart of Casablanca. We are actively seeking a Packaging Customization Specialist MPD to strengthen our team. This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise on exciting projects.

The main goal of this position is to ensure excellence in packaging customization, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards and optimizing processes to meet market demands.

Your main tasks will include:

• Develop and implement innovative customization solutions for our packaging.
• Validation of new packaging materials (weight & dimensions)
• Monitoring and documentation of validation tests
• Management of quality alerts related to packaging
• Contribution to process improvement (quality, costs, reliability)
• Collaboration with technical and cross-functional teams
• Analysis of competitor products to identify areas for improvement.

Required profile :

Ideally, your academic background has led you to a Bac +2 level (equivalent to a 2-year college degree).

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is sought. An initial immersion in the professional world will allow you to quickly understand the challenges of the position.

• Associate's degree / DUT / Bachelor's degree
• Good command of MS Office
• Fluent French, English desired
• Rigor, analytical mind, and teamwork skills
• Skills in project management and production monitoring.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
