Design the assembly processes for vehicles and vehicles developed or produced for partners.
Define and develop the assembly processes for electric (EV), hybrid (HEV), and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) batteries.
Carry out modifications during the production life of vehicle projects and vehicles designed or manufactured for partners.
Design, validate, plan, and manage the installation of pre-assembly processes, assembly tools, and handling equipment during development and industrialization phases.
Define and validate the general facilities needed for the implementation of industrial processes.
Prepare and perform simulations of assembly processes to optimize flows and assembly operations.
Ensure the geometric conformity of the finished vehicle, the robustness of manufacturing processes, and the vehicle's compliance with quality and industrial requirements.
Create, standardize, and validate multi-user fastening references, ensuring their compatibility with different manufacturing processes.
Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electromechanical engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in industrialization, methods, or assembly processes in the automotive industry.
Solid knowledge of mechanical assembly processes and vehicle assembly lines.
Experience in designing, validating, and optimizing assembly processes during the development and industrialization phases.
Proficiency in defining assembly tools, equipment, handling devices, and general facilities.
Knowledge of assembly simulation tools and industrial process validation.
Good command of vehicle geometry requirements, assembly tolerances, and product/process quality.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies, Process FMEA (PFMEA), 5S, Kaizen, and problem-solving techniques.
Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Good level of French and English, both written and spoken.
Rigor, analytical thinking, autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team in a demanding industrial environment.
