Context
As part of development activities, the Validation Synthesis Pilot supports the teams responsible for validations on various technical scopes (chassis, thermal, powertrain, structure, assembly, etc.). They help ensure that validation deliverables meet project and client requirements.

Main Mission
The Validation Synthesis Pilot's mission is to lead, structure, and consolidate validation activities, ensuring consistency in validation plans, monitoring indicators, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining the quality of deliverables associated with project milestones.

Main Activities
1. Support for validation management
• Assist validation managers in building and deploying validation plans
• Contextualize validation strategies according to technical scopes
• Contribute to optimizing internal and cross-functional validation processes
2. Analysis and improvement of plans
• Analyze existing validation plans
• Propose improvements in terms of consistency, efficiency, and coverage of requirements
• Harmonize practices across different trades
3. Coordination of validation activities
• Ensure coordination between technical teams and testing support
• Monitor the planning of validation resources (tests, suppliers, workshops)
• Guarantee the smooth flow of information between project stakeholders
4. Monitoring and reporting
• Monitor the progress of validation activities
• Produce progress and compliance indicators
• Provide clear and regular reporting to project teams and clients
5. Document management and compliance
• Verify validation documentation (V&V, technical deliverables, requirements)
• Ensure alignment between technical requirements and validation results
• Participate in milestone reviews and project committees
6. Technical and tool support
• Provide methodological and tool support to validation teams
• Use project management and monitoring tools (e.g., OneVal, Spottfire, GAR, MyNomad…)
• Consolidate validation data

Profile Sought
• Master's degree in Engineering (General, Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent)
• Experience in validation, testing, or technical coordination (2 to 5 years)
• Knowledge of the automotive environment is desired (Renault or equivalent)

Required profile :

A Master's degree or higher is required. A specialization in project management, studies, or R&D would be a major asset.

Professional experience of 3 to 10 years in similar roles is expected. You have a proven track record in managing complex projects and achieving ambitious goals.
