Job :

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the daily schedule is made by position (Day D-1)
• Ensuring the PDP is updated
• Ensuring the follow-up of production orders during production
• Participating in meeting the production order deadlines
• Ensuring the transfer of production orders (Ordre de Mise en Fabrication) to manufacturing orders (Bon de Fabrication)
• Preparing daily and weekly production reports
• Maintaining optimal stock levels (raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods) according to MRP/ERP strategies.
• Actively participating in Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, waste reduction).

 

Required profile :

Education
• Degree in industrial engineering, logistics, or Supply Chain
• Any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Experience
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of production planning experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Concrete experience in the automotive sector (IATF 16949) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, IFS, Epicor, or equivalent) - MRP/MPS module.
• Experience in physical inventory management, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
