Job :

We are looking for a transport planner to plan, monitor, and oversee national transport operations.

Missions:

Plan trips on different IT systems;
Manage relationships with all stakeholders in the operations process.
Ensure operations comply with regulations.
Track payments and invoices related to transactions.
Resolve logistics problems and customer complaints.
Keep databases and records related to operations up to date.
Train and empower the driver team on instructions and procedures for each client;
Analyze performance and suggest areas for improvement;
Ensure better optimization of transport costs and delivery times… 

Required profile :

Profile: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher
Degree in logistics or a related field
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is required (Minimum 1 year)
Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally
