Context:

• As part of the improvement program at various levels of its logistics information systems initiated in 2007, CRONOS (CommeRcial netwOrk New vehicle Order System) is now being deployed to replace the previous systems related to the distribution of new vehicles for the Client group (including French brands and OV, Opel-Vauxhall subsidiaries).
• The team's work, under the guidance of the Project Leader (from the PPIT entity within PSA's Supply Chain Department), consists of the project management for the development of the CRONOS application and its associated applications. The evolution of these applications is subject to a CEB (Business Requirements Specification) and SFD (Detailed Functional Specifications) and is designed in collaboration with Business Leaders. This is followed by testing phases and then launch. The team is involved in all these phases and supports the user countries throughout the application's life cycle.

Mission:

The various activities entrusted to the VCO CRONOS team are as follows:

• Analysis of user requests (via dedicated functional mailbox or any other channel within the VCO process)
• Creation of associated JIRA tickets and management of them until resolution
• Direct resolution or re-direction to the designated entity based on the analysis results (depending on the case: 1/ reminder of processes and best practices or 2/ direct correction or 3/ in-depth analysis with IT or functional teams by triggering all necessary meetings for fundamental resolution)
• If a subject requires changes to a feature (Distribution Logistics process), work with multi-competent teams to evolve the relevant tool or Distribution Logistics process
• Writing test scenarios and executing them for the delivery of evolutions
• Keeping indicators and processes up to date (if applicable)
• Rituals with business owners or IT teams (ICT)

Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain / Logistics, Information Systems, or equivalent specialization

1 to 3 years of experience
