Job :

Context:

  • As part of the program to improve its logistics information systems at various levels related to the client after the merger.
  • OMS (Order Management System) is now being deployed to replace previous systems related to new vehicle distribution for the client (including French and Italian brands).
  • The team's work, under the leadership of the Project Leader, involves the project ownership of the development of OMS/CRONOS applications and their associated applications.
  • Developments for these applications are based on a CEB (Business Requirements Document) and SFD (Detailed Functional Specifications) and are designed in collaboration with Business Leaders.
  • These are followed by testing and launch phases.
  • The team is involved in all these phases and supports user countries throughout the application's lifecycle.
  • Functional developments are based on business requirement documents (CEB) and detailed functional specifications (SFD).
  • The Process Owner contributes to their definition, validation, and implementation, while also supporting the acceptance, deployment, and support phases.

Mission:

The different activities assigned to the Process Owner are as follows:

  • Gather, analyze, and challenge business needs expressed by Business Leaders and operational entities.
  • Validate CEBs and SFDs to ensure that developments comply with business processes and objectives.
  • Ensure communication between business, project, and development teams to guarantee that functional needs are properly addressed.
  • Participate in the preparation and validation of functional acceptance testing campaigns.
  • Monitor and validate the resolution of issues impacting business processes.
  • Write and enhance functional test scenarios to validate the solution.
  • Perform functional tests and manage issues using JIRA.
  • Track the progress of JIRA tickets until their resolution.
  • Hold meetings with Business Leaders or local teams (deployed subsidiaries/countries) as needed for progress.
  • Maintain acceptance progress KPIs and estimate workload.
  • Participate in user support initiatives (interactions with the Lifecycle Team when necessary).
  • Coordinate between the TL and the team.

Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain / Logistics, Information Systems, or equivalent specialization

1 to 3 years of experience
