As part of its development, SOTHEMA is recruiting a Product Manager based in Anfa. The position holder will be responsible for defining and managing the marketing strategy for the medicines under their responsibility, in order to ensure their performance and development in the market.
They will work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with various internal teams and external partners.
Main missions:
1. Development of the product marketing strategy
Define the positioning of products in the market.
Develop the annual marketing plan and associated actions.
Identify development and growth opportunities.
2. Market analysis and competitive intelligence
Conduct market studies and analyze product performance.
Identify trends, healthcare professional needs, and market opportunities.
Ensure continuous competitive monitoring.
3. Development of promotional tools
Design, validate, and ensure the regulatory compliance of promotional materials for field teams.
4. Support for sales teams
Train medical representatives on products, clinical studies, and key messages.
Participate in cycle meetings and sales seminars.
Provide the necessary tools for product promotion.
Monitor the effectiveness of field actions.
5. Ensure coordination between stakeholders (medical, regulatory, sales, supply chain)
Ensure coordination and smooth communication between different departments.
Guarantee alignment of objectives and monitoring of cross-functional actions.
Contribute to problem-solving and the optimization of deadlines and processes.
6. Budget management
Develop and monitor the product marketing budget.
Optimize promotional investments and measure their performance
