Within a multidisciplinary Agile Kanban team working in a distributed Morocco/France setup, you will participate in all project phases from design to production.
From the C2S Casa site, you will collaborate with a team of POs located in France for the study and scoping phases of business needs.
You will also collaborate with developers and a Team Lead located in Casa for the development and testing of application components developed under (java/spring boot/ Angular).
Autonomy is key to success in this role.
The projects managed by the team are strategic for Orange, so the expected level of performance and reliability is very high.
This point requires special attention in the design of the proposed solutions.
You will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the studies and scoping of business needs
- Challenging business solutions and Developers.
- Writing clear, complete, and universally understood User Stories (US)
- Providing functional support to the development team
- Prioritizing the content of your backlog in collaboration with other POs
- Optimizing the value that the development team can deliver
- Providing visibility on the backlog, progress, and product vision
- Configuring the application's functionalities.
- Conducting functional tests and 2-by-2 tests with business stakeholders
- Contributing to the Run activity.
- Proposing AI optimizations for the PPO activity
Required profile :
With a higher education in Computer Science, you have at least 7 years of successful experience in development or testing, including at least 2 years as a PO or PPO.
Technical skills required:
- Proficiency in SQL / PLSQL
Knowledge in:
- Angular would be a plus.
- Usage of Generative AI solutions.
Interpersonal and behavioral skills:
- Good interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Rigor and thoroughness in approaches with attention to detail.
- Proactive in challenging business solutions.
