Within a multidisciplinary Agile Kanban team working in a distributed mode between Morocco and France, you will participate in all project phases, from design to production.
From the C2S Casa site, you will collaborate with a team of POs located in France for the business needs study and scoping phases.
You will also collaborate with developers and a Team-Lead located in Casa for the realization and testing of application components developed in (java/spring boot/ Angular).
Autonomy is a key factor for success in this mission.
The projects managed by the team are strategic for Orange, so the expected level of performance and reliability is very high.
This point requires particular attention in the design of the proposed solutions.
You will be responsible for:
- Contributing to business needs studies and scoping
- Writing clear, complete, and easily understandable user stories (US)
- Providing functional support to the development team
- Prioritizing backlog content in collaboration with other POs
- Optimizing the value the development team can deliver
- Providing visibility on the backlog, progress, and product vision
- Configuring application functionalities.
- Performing functional tests and 2-to-2 tests with business stakeholders
- Contributing to the integration of AI for PO activities and test automation.
- Contributing to support activities.
Required profile :
With a higher education degree in Computer Science, you have at least 8 years of successful experience in testing, including at least 3 years as a PO or PPO.
Required technical skills:
- Proficiency in SQL is essential
- Analysis of metrics to guide product decisions.
- UML modeling and mockups.
- Testing processes and validation of UIs, Rest APIs, and Web services
- Use of AI for test automation
Knowledge in:
- Angular would be a plus.
Interpersonal and behavioral skills:
- Good interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Rigor and thoroughness in approaches with attention to detail.
- Writing skills
- Curiosity and Autonomy
