Job :

The "Le Portail" project aims to create a centralized toolkit, initially intended for operational staff. This single platform will bring together all the tools and information needed for operational activities, to facilitate access, centralize data, and increase their autonomy.
Project Objectives
• Provide a unified view of the business position and associated activities.
• Combine and display on a single screen data currently scattered across multiple tools.
• Support the transformation of practices by making operational staff more autonomous in their daily tasks.
Main Missions
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for:
• Championing the product vision and ensuring the alignment between user needs and proposed solutions.
• Gathering, structuring, and prioritizing the business needs of users.
• Developing and maintaining the product backlog (writing User Stories, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing).
• Collaborating closely with the development team and stakeholders (UX/UI, business units, MOA/MOE, etc.).
• Actively participating in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, review, retrospectives, etc.).
• Ensuring the functional quality of deliverables and managing user acceptance testing phases.

Work Environment
• Multidisciplinary project team (developers, UX/UI, architects, business referents, etc.).
• Agile methodology (Scrum)
• Strong interaction with teams


Required profile :

Technical and Functional Skills
• Master's degree (Bac+5) (engineering school, university, or equivalent)
• Proven experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) as a Product Owner, ideally in a business portal or internal tool context.
• Very good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Ability to interact with technical teams and simplify business needs.
• Skill in conducting user workshops, gathering needs, and prioritizing.
• UX/UI sensitivity and ability to co-create smooth and intuitive user journeys.
• Knowledge of product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Personal Qualities
• Excellent communication, active listening, and synthesis skills.
• Autonomy, rigor, and proactive attitude.
• Team spirit and ability to rally others around a product vision.
• Interest in topics related to the digitalization of internal tools.
