Programme Manager (Technology Change) (H/ F) - Casablanca

As part of the Technology Change portfolio, we are looking for a senior resource as a Programme Manager capable of managing complex technological transformation initiatives in a dynamic, demanding, and rapidly evolving environment.

Job :

The Programme Manager must be able to take charge of major technological programs, including:

• Management of high-visibility IT transformation programs and projects.
• Coordination of multiple technical streams (cloud, migration, integration, decommissioning, etc.).
• Complete governance: reporting, risk management, planning, budget.
• Daily interaction with technical teams and architects.
• Robust management of senior stakeholders (C level, IT management, external partners).
• Monitoring execution, making decisions, managing change, communication.
• Ensuring overall coherence of initiatives with the Technology Change strategy.

Required profile :

Skills & Experience Required:

The candidate must demonstrate solid expertise in at least several of the following areas:

• Technology Change / Infrastructure Modernization.
• Decommissioning of platforms and systems.
• Data Centre Migration / Move.
• Cloud Migration (Azure or equivalent).
• Integration Platforms (API, middleware, ESB, etc.).
• Pricing Orchestration.
• IT optimization or rationalization programs.
