As part of its African-focused leadership, Attijariwafa bank launched the Yeelen program over a decade ago. This is an excellent recruitment program for young Sub-Saharan Africans, mainly from the Group's countries of presence on the continent, and graduates from academic institutions established in Morocco.
The objective is to support the skills development of talents recruited in Morocco for a period ranging from 12 to 36 months, after which they will join the Group's subsidiaries in its large pan-African network.

As part of the Yeelen program launched by the Attijariwafa bank Group, we are looking for Sub-Saharan profiles from the Group's countries of presence in Sub-Saharan Africa (Togo, Benin, Mali, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Niger, Congo, Cameroon, Gabon, Chad, and Mauritania), specializing in Finance, Accounting, and Financial Markets.
