Join a major player in the Automotive / Motorcycles / Cycles sector as a Project Leader in our dynamic team in Tangier. This is a unique opportunity to lead innovative projects and leave your mark in a stimulating environment.

Your role will be crucial in the design, planning, and execution of strategic projects. The goal is to ensure their success in terms of deadlines, budget, and quality, while fostering collaboration and achieving company objectives.

On a daily basis, your tasks will cover defining project scopes, developing detailed action plans, and rigorous progress monitoring. You will also be responsible for:

• Coordinating the different project teams.
• Identifying and managing potential risks.
• Communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and norms.
• Participating in the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required. A specialization in Project Management, Studies, or R&D would be a significant asset for understanding the technical and organizational challenges of the projects.

First professional experience of 1 to 3 years in project management is sought. This period should have allowed you to develop a practical understanding of project life cycles and associated methodologies.
