Madaëf Sports & Events integrates 11 assets into its portfolio, spread across 8 destinations throughout the Kingdom: Rabat, Casablanca, El Jadida, Marrakech, Fez, Saïdia, Al Hoceima and Taghazout Bay.
 

Job :

Reporting to the Services Department, your main missions will be as follows:

• Lead design studies;
• Follow up on procedures for obtaining administrative authorizations and ensure their follow-up;
• Participate in the preparation and launch of calls for tenders and consultations;
• Lead development and construction work in accordance with established markets;
• Control the deliverables of the different project phases;
• Supervise work in terms of quality of execution, cost, and deadlines;
• Manage markets (contracts, addendums, deadlines, etc.) in collaboration with the relevant internal teams;
• Manage relationships with project management (Architect, decorator, BET, BC, laboratory, etc.) and with construction companies;
• Check invoices and statements of account;
• Ensure detailed monitoring of project budgets and achievements;
• Manage technical and administrative project acceptances;
• Implement a preventive and curative maintenance plan for the company's assets;
• Supervise the technical maintenance and interventions on sports facilities;
• Ensure compliance with safety and accessibility regulations;
• Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions to optimize the energy and environmental performance of assets.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Holder of a Bac+5 degree, Engineering school or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.

Skills required for the position:

• Technical knowledge in building and civil engineering / VRD development;
• Knowledge in project management, coordination and planning in building construction;
• Good knowledge of current building regulations and laws;
• Rigor and analytical skills;
• Leadership skills, customer focus, interpersonal skills;
• Autonomy, strong coordination and team mobilization skills.
