Job :

Have you already sold insurance/finance products and do you know how to manage a commercial exchange from start to finish? At ADM Value, we are hiring experienced sales representatives for borrower's insurance on an online sales project.
You will handle incoming and outgoing calls from prospects and clients, qualify their borrower profile, compare offers using a pricing tool, and guide them through to subscription. The role is demanding: here, the quality of analysis + the ability to close the deal make the difference.

You will handle prospects/clients (incoming and outgoing) expressing a need for borrower's insurance.
You will qualify the request: type of loan, amount, duration, bank, professional context, health information.
You will analyze the profile and adapt your pitch according to the client's expectations and constraints.
You will respond to objections precisely, highlighting the benefits: savings, guarantees, flexibility.
You will compare prices and guarantees between insurers using a pricing tool and support the client until subscription.
You will achieve your commercial objectives with a focus on satisfaction and results.

Required profile :

Are you comfortable with remote sales, and do you know how to qualify, present benefits, and close deals? You understand the stakes of a loan and can simply explain guarantees and price differences.

Proven experience in telesales, ideally in insurance/banking/finance.
Very good level of French (spoken + written): clarity, precision, credibility.
Ability to analyze a borrower's profile and understand the logic of a loan.
Mastery (or strong comfort) with a pricing tool: compare guarantees/prices and guide towards the right solution.
Negotiation skills, results-oriented mindset, rigor in follow-up.
Punctuality and availability within the hours of 9 AM - 7 PM
