Do you enjoy solving problems as much as seizing sales opportunities?
At ADM Value, we are hiring Customer Advisors for one of our clients, for a customer service and technical support project in the energy sector.
You will handle inbound calls from individuals: assisting them with information requests, billing questions, and technical problems, and suggesting suitable options based on their needs.

• Respond to information requests and complaints from individual customers (explaining bills, managing customer accounts, etc.).
• Handle requests related to technical issues.
• Perform commercial upselling: offer adapted options and additional sales based on the customer's profile.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction through quality follow-up.

Working hours
Monday to Saturday: 9 AM - 7 PM (French time, depending on time zone). On-site position at our Rabat office.

Net Salary + bonuses
Salary package of over 6600 Dhs (Uncapped bonus)

Required profile :

• Mixed customer service and sales profile: you know how to listen and persuade.
• Excellent French level (spoken and written), essential.
• Experience desired in the energy sector and/or technical support.
• Very good interpersonal skills and ability to manage different types of requests.
• Comfortable with computer tools.
