Recruitment context: As part of our business growth, ADM Value is recruiting 2 Customer Advisors / Account Managers to strengthen the team dedicated to the Showroomprivé Portugal project. Showroomprivé is one of the main players in online event sales in Europe, offering exclusive private sales with discounts of up to -70% every day.
Your tasks: As part of the customer relations team, you will be the main point of contact for Portuguese customers of Showroomprivé, handling incoming calls.
Receive and handle customer complaints via incoming calls
Manage technical issues on the website (cart validation, payment, refund)
Track product deliveries and returns
Handle complaints related to defective or non-conforming items
Manage after-sales support requests
Participate in moderating customer forums

Profile sought:
Fluent written and spoken Portuguese - mandatory (unscripted interactions with customers)
Very good oral comprehension and excellent active listening skills
Customer service mindset, empathy, and self-control in complaint situations
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Knowledge of French is a valued asset
