Do you enjoy selling, persuading, and turning every call into an opportunity? Your role: handle incoming and outgoing calls, analyze prospects' situations, and guide them towards the best available energy offer.
Your tasks
- Receive and make calls to prospects interested in energy offers.
- Turn incoming calls into energy contract sales.
- Identify the prospect's needs: current contract, consumption, priorities.
- Clearly and pedagogically present and explain available offers.
- Handle objections and close the sale.
- Ensure follow-up of cases and update CRM tools.
Profile sought
- Good level of spoken French (clear speech, dynamic tone).
- Strong sales-oriented mindset and drive for results.
- Comfortable on the phone, both making and receiving calls.
- Dynamism, perseverance, and team spirit.
- Experience in telephone sales is a plus.
