Join the exceptional world of our prestigious Spa Palace located in the heart of Marrakech. In the Hotel / Restaurant sector, we are looking for a talented Spa Receptionist to embody the excellence of hospitality.
Your main mission will be to ensure an unforgettable customer experience, from the first contact to departure, by ensuring smooth and personalized management of our establishment's various services.
Your objectives will be to actively contribute to customer satisfaction by offering impeccable service, to optimize the management of reservations and schedules, and to participate in the development of our Spa Palace's brand image through your professionalism and attention to detail.
As a Spa Receptionist, your days will be filled with various tasks:
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally, creating a positive and memorable first impression.
- Manage bookings for treatments, appointments, and activities, optimizing schedules.
- Respond to client requests by phone, email, or in person, with courtesy and efficiency.
- Provide detailed information on the Spa's various services, products, and promotional offers.
- Follow up on client files and keep the database up to date.
- Manage payments and financial transactions with accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the treatment teams to ensure service coordination.
- Contribute to the impeccable presentation of the reception area and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Required profile :
To be considered for this position, a Bac +3 level diploma is required.
Specialized training in Sales Administration / After-Sales Service or in Tourism professions would be a major asset for success in this role.
We are looking for someone with significant experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel establishment or a renowned Spa.
This experience should have allowed you to develop a thorough understanding of the expectations of demanding clientele and the subtleties of the luxury hotel sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding listening ability.
- Neat appearance and great communication skills.
- Perfect command of French (spoken and written) is essential. Proficiency in other foreign languages would be a appreciated plus.
- Excellent organization, rigor, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer focus and a genuine desire to satisfy.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems calmly and professionally.
- Good knowledge of booking software and common computer tools.
- Sensitivity to the world of well-being and Spa.
