We are looking for a Release Train Engineer to join our large-scale Agile team and contribute to the success of our projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of value across the entire agile delivery train (ART - Agile Release Train). They play a central role in facilitating large-scale Agile processes, ensuring the smooth execution of Program Increments (PIs) and contributing to the continuous implementation of agile practices. You will work closely with Scrum teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and successful product delivery.

Required profile :

Qualities required to succeed in this role

• Experience in scaled Agile (SAFe)
• Knowledge and experience with teams organized on scaled agility models and coordination with multiple teams
• Ability to build, track, and organize a dependency plan with multiple contributions
• Organization and facilitation of various scaled agility model rituals (especially ART Syncs, or those inspired by SAFe)
• Preparation, organization, and facilitation of PI planning for organizations of up to 150 people, in multiple international locations
• Ability to communicate and synthesize information to large audiences (business, IT), particularly regarding work schedules, objectives, progress, and risks
• Prioritization of tasks to maximize value produced while minimizing risks
• Understanding, control, and relay of delivery alignment between IT squad backlogs and business priorities
• Facilitation of rituals with leaders (tech lead, integration lead, REA, domain delivery lead, PO, ecosystem leader, ...)
• Knowledge of Agile tools
• Team spirit and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Attitude and Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Good level of English
