Join a dynamic company in the metal / steel industry, a pillar of the industry. We are actively looking for a Sales Representative specializing in the construction sector (BTP), to join our team based in the South of Morocco. This opportunity will allow you to play a key role in our commercial development, by building strong relationships with our clients and bringing our innovative solutions to the heart of construction and infrastructure projects.
Your main mission will be to significantly increase our market share in the construction sector. You will be the driving force of our growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. The goal is to build loyalty with our existing customers while attracting new partners, thus ensuring increased commercial performance and optimal customer satisfaction. You will actively contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets, ensuring a strong and recognized presence of our brand in the market.
On a daily basis, your role will involve actively prospecting for new clients in the construction sector, identifying key decision-makers and promising projects. You will present and promote our ranges of metal and steel products, adapting your approach to the specific needs of each contact. Negotiating contracts and closing sales will be an integral part of your responsibilities, as will rigorous after-sales customer follow-up to ensure their complete satisfaction. Competitive and market analysis will also be important tasks to identify market trends and innovation opportunities.
The ideal background for this position starts with a solid Bachelor's degree (Bac +3). We favor diplomas obtained in the fields of sales, commerce, or export. A deep understanding of sales techniques and commercial strategies is essential to excel in this role.
First professional experience of 3 to 5 years is required. This background will have allowed you to develop ease in customer relations, an ability to negotiate and close sales, ideally in a similar commercial environment. Experience in the metal, steel, or construction sector would be a considerable asset, allowing you to quickly understand the technical and commercial challenges specific to these areas.
To succeed in this role, several skills are essential. Excellent communication and proven negotiation skills are paramount. You must demonstrate autonomy, organization, and great proactivity to effectively manage your client portfolio and achieve your goals. Good knowledge of the construction market and the metal industry is a definite plus. Proficiency in IT tools, especially CRM software, will facilitate your daily work.
