Job :

- Lead treasury management by ensuring financial flow tracking, treasury forecast preparation, and bank position optimization.
- Define and implement investment strategy in line with the company's investment policy and profitability goals.
- Manage and optimize the financial asset portfolio (bonds, mutual funds, term deposits, stocks, etc.) by making necessary trades.
- Manage banking and financial relationships, including negotiating investment, financing, and banking service terms.
- Monitor financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to risk limits, internal procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Produce financial reports and advise management by analyzing investment performance and making strategic recommendations.

Required profile :

- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management, Economics, or Actuarial Science.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in treasury management, investments, or placements.
- Strong command of financial markets, investment instruments, and financial risks.
- Excellent command of Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Rigor, analytical skills, organizational skills, and good communication abilities.
- Experience in the insurance or banking sector is highly desirable.
