ORH Assessment, a recruitment firm specializing in the LMS Group, is helping a multinational company in the energy sector find its future Financial Controller.

Job :

As part of its development, our client is looking for an Administrative and Financial Manager to oversee all financial, accounting, administrative, and purchasing functions. Leading a team of 8 employees, you will play a key role in the company's performance and structure.

Your main tasks:

1. Financial, accounting, and tax management

  • Supervise general and analytical accounting, prepare interim/consolidated balance sheets and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and social declarations, while actively monitoring regulations.
  • Develop forecast budgets, manage their execution, and implement effective management control tools.
  • Manage treasury and financial flows, provide regular reporting to Senior Management.

2. Administrative and legal management

  • Ensure compliance with the company's legal, administrative, tax, and regulatory obligations.
  • Implement reliable internal procedures to ensure rigorous and transparent management.

3. Purchasing management

  • Oversee purchasing processes: identify needs, negotiate with suppliers, monitor commitments, and adhere to budgets.
  • Optimize purchasing policies and contribute to cost control.

4. Management & coordination

  • Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of 8 people.
  • Define objectives for the different departments (accounting, finance, administration, purchasing) and track their achievement using performance indicators.
  • Be a proactive advisor to Senior Management to guide strategic decisions.

5. External relations

  • Maintain relationships with financial partners, banks, auditors, and authorities.

Required profile :

  • Higher education in finance, accounting, management, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience (at least 7 to 10 years) in a similar role, with team management experience.
  • Strong rigor, analytical skills, organizational skills, and recognized leadership.
  • Proficiency in accounting and management tools, as well as ERP systems.
