Job :
Reporting to the Site's BAF Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
Supervise, organize, and optimize all activities related to patient admission, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and the Group's quality standards.
Manage, support, and develop the skills of the Admissions and Reception teams to ensure a high level of performance and quality of service.
Ensure smooth administrative processing and an exemplary reception experience for patients and their companions.
Ensure close coordination with various medical, care, and administrative departments to secure and streamline the patient journey.
Ensure the reliability of administrative information, the compliance of files, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Monitor activity performance indicators and implement necessary actions for continuous process improvement.
Actively contribute to organizational optimization projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening the service's operational efficiency.
Required profile :
Higher education (Bac+2 minimum) in Management, Administration, Management, or an equivalent field.
Significant experience in managing admissions or administrative reception, with proven experience in team management, necessarily acquired in a healthcare facility.
Excellent leadership, organization, and coordination skills.
Strong focus on quality of service and patient satisfaction.
Ability to unite teams, manage change, and develop talent.
Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in computer tools and hospital management software.
Rigor, responsiveness, sense of priorities, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Resident of Khouribga or willing to relocate to the city.
