Job :
Sales Administration
- Order and contract management
- Complete handling of customer orders (entry, confirmation, follow-up), management of framework agreements and commercial conditions.
- Logistics and delivery coordination
- Monitoring delivery times, respecting the specific time constraints of the auto industry.
- Management of the Sales Administration team, supervision, motivation, skills development, and workload organization.
- Continuous process improvement
- Optimization of Sales Administration tools and processes, lean approach applied to administrative flows.
Commercial aspect
- Customer sales follow-up
- Identification of accounts with decreasing activity and implementation of targeted follow-up actions, in coordination with field sales representatives.
- Sales trend analysis and monitoring
- Regular monitoring of sales indicators (volumes, product mix, seasonality), detection of weak signals, and production of alerts for the Sales Management.
- Pricing proposals and sales conditions
- Contribution to the development of pricing policy: margin analysis, competitive benchmarking, pricing recommendations submitted to Management for arbitration.
Package:
Fixed salary: Attractive
CIMR: 3 %
Supplementary health insurance: 90%
Annual bonus: 1 to 3 months' salary

Required profile :
- Bachelor's to Master's degree in commerce, management, or supply chain
- 10 years of experience in Sales Administration, ideally in the automotive sector
- Commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Proven managerial experience
- Proficiency in an ERP system and advanced Excel
- Professional English required
- Rigor, proactivity, leadership
