Job :

Main mission: Ensure the availability, performance, and evolution of the company's application portfolio (ERP, business applications, collaborative tools, etc.) in line with business needs and IT strategy.

Main responsibilities

• Manage the application lifecycle: design, integration, maintenance, obsolescence.
• Supervise application providers and publishers (contracts, SLAs, deliverables).
• Be the preferred contact for business departments (finance, logistics, HR, sales, etc.).
• Manage application projects: scoping, planning, testing, deployment
• Ensure the functional and technical consistency of the IT system (urbanization, interoperability).
• Contribute to application governance (catalog, repository, roadmap). Ensure supervision of application support (levels 2 & 3).

Required profile :

Technical skills:

• In-depth knowledge of ERPs (SAP, Sage Trésor, Dynamics...) and business systems.
• Mastery of the FI-CO module. Mastery of project management (V-Cycle / Agile).
• Good level in databases, interfaces (API, EDI, middleware).
• Understanding of application architectures (web, cloud, mobile).

Behavioral skills:

• Good listening and mediation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Transverse leadership and arbitration skills.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Availability rate of critical applications.
• Adherence to project deadlines and budgets
• Number of recurring incidents / fixes
