As part of strengthening our Sales Department, we are recruiting a Fuel & Payment Card Manager, capable of supporting the growth of our card business, managing the associated tools, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.
Reporting to the Sales Department, you will be responsible for the development, administration, and monitoring of the Fuel and Payment Card business. You will also manage the tools, analyze business data, and support customers and internal teams.
Main tasks
• Develop and manage the customer portfolio for fuel card users.
• Monitor and optimize the volumes achieved through fuel cards.
• Participate in defining and implementing the development strategy for the payment card business.
• Configure, administer, and monitor card management solutions and platforms.
• Manage the card lifecycle: creation, renewal, blocking, limits, assignments, and stock monitoring.
• Produce and analyze commercial and operational performance indicators.
• Perform reconciliations, controls, and analyses of transaction flows.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate incident resolution.
• Maintain continuous competitive and technological watch on payment solutions and associated services.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, IT, and operational teams to continuously improve processes and service quality.
• Participate in digitalization projects and the evolution of the company's payment solutions.
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) / Master's degree (Bac+5) in Information Systems, Business School, or Engineering School.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good command of databases and analysis tools.
• Good knowledge of web applications and information systems.
• Ability to analyze data, produce reports, and propose improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
